Apprenticeship information events take place in Filton and Broughton at the end of this year and students, parents and anyone interested in a career in Engineering is invited to attend.
We will be promoting our recently launched 'Undergraduate Apprenticeship' which leads to a Bachelor Degree in Engineering, as well as our Craft and Higher Apprenticeships.

Airbus representatives will be available to speak about our apprenticeship entry requirements and the training offered. Also present will be representatives from our partnership educational institutions, and other relevant agencies.

Date: Thursday 29th November 2012 between 6.00pm and 8.30pm (Last entry at 8pm) Location: UWE Exhibition and Conference Centre, North Entrance, Frenchay Campus, Filton Road, Bristol, BS16 1QY


Date: Saturday 8th December 2012 between 1.30pm and 4.00pm Location: West Factory, Broughton

There is no need to book a place at either event; people can come along at any time between the times stated.

We have recently launched an 'Undergraduate Apprenticeship', a three year programme leading to a Bachelor Degree in Engineering that combines vocational and academic training, together with on-the-job experience.

Our Craft apprenticeships now include a new qualification with a significant element of training on composite materials - an essential part of wing technology at Airbus.
